Who this is
MikroJit Technologies is the freelance infrastructure practice of Thiraphat Srichit, and the data controller for anything collected through this site. Reach out at [email protected] for anything below.
What this site collects
Browsing this site — the homepage, project pages, services, publications, about — sets no cookies and collects no personal data. There is no analytics, no tracking pixel, and no third-party script on any public page.
The contact and support forms are the only places this site asks for anything: your name, email address, and message, plus an invoice or reference number on the support form. The server also logs the IP address a submission came from — used only to rate-limit and filter abuse, never shown or sent anywhere else.
Why, and on what basis
Solely to respond to the inquiry or support request you submitted. That's a legitimate interest — replying to something you initiated — not a basis that requires a separate consent checkbox, but you're told about it here regardless.
Where it goes
Each submission is written to a log file on the server and forwarded by email through Resend, the transactional email provider this site uses to deliver and reply to messages. Resend may process that email outside Thailand as part of delivering it. Nothing is sold, shared with advertisers, or used for anything beyond replying to you.
Submissions stay in the server log until removed by hand — there is currently no automatic deletion schedule. Email a request to have a specific submission deleted and it will be.
Your rights
Under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA), you can ask to access, correct, or delete your data, object to or restrict how it's processed, and request a copy of it. Email [email protected] to exercise any of these. If that doesn't resolve it, you can complain to Thailand's Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC).
Changes
This page may be updated as the site or the forms on it change. The date at the top always reflects the current version.
